I am a Hard-surface Artist who specializes in guns and rifles. I have a deep and solid understanding of texel density, topology, PBR values and baking. I like to be fully immersed in my passion and always be up-to-date with the latest workflows and techniques. I am very confident with Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine 4, zBrush, Photoshop and both Substance Designer and Substance Painter. I have the mindset of a life-long learner and I love working in teams and also pushing myself individually to always improve my skills.

WHAT IS YOUR DREAM JOB TO START YOUR CAREER WITH?
My dream position would be as a Junior Weapons Artist. Guns and rifles are the type of props I like to work on the most and that I am most confident with. I have a good understanding of their functionality and mechanisms.

WHAT'S YOUR HOBBY?
I spend most of my free time watching online courses. I mainly watch CGI-related content but I also like experimenting with programming and learning about self-development. I am also interested in philosophy and psychology which I like to expand upon whenever I can.
WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?
I really enjoy learning and I am constantly seeking new learning opportunities. I am not afraid of failure. In fact, I think it is an essential part of the experimental process that gets you to succeed. I am also very pragmatic and have a strong hard-working mentality.
IF YOU WERE AN ANIMAL, WHICH ONE WOULD YOU BE? AND WHY?
I mostly recognize myself with the qualities of Elephants which are focused, family-oriented and loyal. They work together in groups, with an incredible amount of determination on even the smallest of objectives. They have the ability to stay focused on small objectives that are impactful to the greater herd.
WHAT THREE THINGS WOULD YOU TAKE TO A DESERT ISLAND? AND WHY?
I would bring a solar-powered desalination system, a fishing rod and company. The extra person will provide communication which will lead to additional solutions. A desalination system would provide us with some drinkable water and the fishing rod would give us access to food.
WHAT ARE YOUR BIGGEST STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES?
My biggest strength and also weakness is that I am a perfectionist. This allows me to always achieve my best result within the deadline set. This is something that required a lot of practice but I now manage to do it without overworking myself to unhealthy levels every time.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?
I believe I will have the chance to be part of a team of creative people and work on a AAA game. I think my mindset and personality will add plenty of value and be recognized by the company which will allow me to be given such an opportunity.

My dream job is to be a Weapons Artist. I would like to be part of a friendly environment where everyone interacts with each other in a healthy way and personal-development is taken into great consideration. A place where all people involved grow and truly work together on a project.
TELL US AN ACHIEVEMENT YOU'RE PROUD OF.
I helped Hurba, an italian electric scooter company, drastically increase their sales. I was given total creative freedom to design two new models. I told them that, in my opinion, their scooters were too colourful. I designed a black and a white model which still are their most successful ones.
DESCRIBE A CHALLENGE THAT YOU HAD TO OVERCOME IN YOUR GROUP PROJECTS.
During our first group project at university, my team was having a very hard time respecting our production schedule. This was mainly because our project was very ambitious. I decided to record a tutorial where I explained the face-weighted normals technique to the group, which helped us deliver much faster.
WHAT YOU RATHER BE A WIZARD, JEDI OR SUPERHERO? AND WHY?
I would rather be a Wizard. It gives me the idea to be more universal and creative. When I think of a Wizard I think of someone who can use his abilities regardless of the situation and is not limited to a specific one in particular.
WHICH GAME INSPIRED YOU THE MOST TO CHOOSE THIS CAREER PATH?
When CoD MW3 came out I was 12 and there was a big community of artists around it. That is when I first learnt about 3D art. My all-time favourite multiplayer title, though, is Counter-Strike and my love for the game led me to choose this industry in particular.
WHAT VIDEO GAME CHARACTER BEST EMBODIES YOU?
I feel like Nathan Drake from Uncharted is the character that better describes me. He's always on the hunt for the next adventure and is always able to find fortune from the experience. He’s an incredibly talented survivalist and tough fighter and never gets intimidated by his enemies.
IF YOU WOKE UP IN A VIDEO GAME, WHAT WOULD YOUR SPECIAL ABILITY BE?
My special ability would be to double my experience points. I am someone who can make very substantial amounts of progress in very little time and improve his skills very quickly.
WHY DO YOU DESERVE A GREATER SHARE OF SPACE IN THE YEARBOOK?
I have been a leader who greatly impacted both the individual development of my peers as well as the outcome of the products. I have been resourceful and proactive and made great progress on both a technical level as well as my soft-skills. These have been my best qualities.
