My name is Jeffry and I've been studying at Escape studios since 2017 and, as many of us Escapees can relate, I have a passion for all forms of art which is why I'd like a career in the game art industry.
GET TO KNOW JEFFRY
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM JOB TO START YOUR CAREER WITH?
A dream job would be either an internship or a junior position for an Environment artist role.
WHAT'S YOUR HOBBY?
My hobbies consist of spending time with friends and family, not all sport but like to keep active, and finally I like to spend my free time either photographing or sketching.
IF YOU WERE AN ANIMAL, WHICH ONE WOULD YOU BE? AND WHY?
I'd have to go for a bird, who wouldn't want to fly?!
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?
I see myself working within the industry as an Environment Artist working alongside many other brilliant artists.
DESCRIBE A CHALLENGE THAT YOU HAD TO OVERCOME IN YOUR GROUP PROJECTS.
I voluntarily went out of my comfort zone to do things that I've always had difficulty with, which are blueprints, but by doing so I learnt a lot and still learning.
WHAT YOU RATHER BE A WIZARD, JEDI OR SUPERHERO? AND WHY?
I've always been a Star Wars fan so Jedi. Not only are they physically strong but also strong minded, something that I admire is the will to go on and not give up.
WHICH GAME INSPIRED YOU THE MOST TO CHOOSE THIS CAREER PATH?
The Assassin's Creed series had a massive impact on my life, not only did it interest me at rock climbing in my free time but it also peaked my interest into concept art and game development.
WHY DO YOU DESERVE A GREATER SHARE OF SPACE IN THE YEARBOOK?
I don't believe I deserve a greater share, I believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to be in the year book no matter how little or how big they contributed to our class; this has been a universal experience.
