‘Post-Mortem’ takes place in a secure facility, where a surgeon is performing an autopsy examination on a mysterious patient. As we travel through the operating theatre, we begin to realise the patient is less human than they first appeared, and yet may have a lot more in common with the surgeon than we thought.
