If you were an animal, which one would you be? and why?

A cat. A lot of petting, scratches, rubs and snuggles.

What three things would you take to a desert island? and why?

Power tools to build a house from locally sourced materials, solar panels to power my needs and a computer with a Starlink dish.

What job position would excite you the most to start your career with?

Junior texture or Lighting and Lookdev Artist - simulating the way light interacts and exchanges energy with objects in the real world while understanding how this is recreated in the digital realm has always caught my interest.

Tell us an achievement you're proud of.

'Kiwi's Dream' - a project I was a 3D Lead on turned into quite a festival success.

Which movie inspired you the most to choose this career path?

Tim Burton's 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'. The opening sequence, surreal storytelling and chilly winter weather always evoke the same mix of emotions since I was young.

Describe your favorite VFX sequence.

It would not be me if I had not picked the Rocinante vs Free Navy battle sequence.

What was your crowning moment of your time at Escape?

Witnessing awards come in for 'Kiwi's Dream' and seeing the hard work pay off.
