I am a 3rd year animation student and I have always had a strong passion for drawing. My art focuses on trying to draw characters from films, series, and tv shows I have watched as I was growing up. I enjoy looking at the variety of styles, and seeing other people’s perspective, on how to approach certain topics creatively and this has always fascinated me. I’d love to start off my career as an Animator and to be able to contribute towards the creative industry with the skills I have learnt throughout my time at Escape along with room to grow and improve my skills over time.

Describe yourself in 5 words.

Positive, Adaptable, Open-minded, Calm, Team Player.

What are your hobbies and interests?

I enjoy drawing and have a particular interest in anime. I also like to play basketball which has given me a good sense of teamwork and communication skills. I also did Taekwondo and committed to achieve the 2nd Dan black belt.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In 5 years, I hope to have become a Senior Animator, and to be helping junior animators develop their skills in animating such as timings and more pleasing poses. Help them get started and used to the industry experience.

What job position would excite you the most to start your career with?

Becoming an animator for a professional studio would definitely excite me the most. Not only would I be doing something I enjoy and getting paid for; but it will also allow me to enhance my skills to a better level as I will be learning from Senior Animators.

Would you rather be a wizard, Jedi or superhero? and why?

I would definitely be a superhero who could teleport. Not only is it convenient for everyday life but it's also a really flashy power to have too.

What was your crowning moment of your time at Escape?

My crowning moment is definitely being able to say that I have contributed to creating such great short animated films with my peers. It was definitely an experience and a lot of fun!
