Giacomo Morbioli_Profile with Text.png

My name is Antonio, I am passionate about the games industry. I am eager to start my career in the industry as a Prop Artist. As I progress further, I look to develop myself to fit the role of an Environment Artist/ 3D Artist. I am engaged in taking on new challenges and working in a team which allows me to learn from others to help improve my skills. I would love the opportunity to take my first steps and venture into the big world of the games industry.

Describe yourself in 5 words.

Benevolent, reliable, approachable, adventurous, determined

What makes you unique?

I was awarded a certificate for being the happiest person and I'm still known as the happiest to this day at my university. With that persona, I have always been one to make a friendly relationship with the people I work with and the people I come to meet.

What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?

Working in groups comes as second nature and it is my biggest strength. My weakness is I was hesitant to ask for feedback & advice in the past, but as time went on I have become open and never ceased to search for criticism from my peers and professionals.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In 5 years, I will still be looking at opportunities to progress up the hierarchy to a mid-level role as a Prop Artist/ 3D Artist, but my main focus will be towards continuing to learn and develop myself more independently by refining my portfolio to a professional standard.

Which game inspired you the most to choose this career path?

Many games inspired me, but if I had to pick, the Assassins Creed series has several historical features based around different timelines in history that I have come to love and enjoy. I am also attached and inspired by games that have a great storyline.

What video game character best embodies you?

Pikachu, I choose you! Fun & great companion to have by your side. I am prepared to build loyal friendships with the people I come across. Whatever choices are made which aren't in line with my own I will happily accept the path and remain loyal to my peers.

What was your crowning moment of your time at Escape?

I pushed through two group projects in my final year of 2021 with the drive and determination to complete them and get two aesthetically pleasing scenes with the rest of the team.
