I am a dedicated worker who enjoys coming up with ideas for weapons and game mechanics. I like to experiment with different methods and styles to achieve interesting results, both in art and cooking. In my spare time, I like to enjoy experiencing art and food to learn more about the world and different cultures to broaden my knowledge.




What hobbies do you have?

I enjoy gaming and visiting museums, but my main hobbies are cooking and music. Cooking lets me experiment and be as creative as possible (with varying degrees of success) trying out different cuisines, techniques and trying to see if I can blend them together, regardless if they are traditional or not.

What makes you unique?

I enjoy learning. From random facts, to historical events, science and techniques in art, I like to experience as much as I can so I can know more about the world and in turn, do what I can to pass on that knowledge to others through teaching or assisting them with work.

What job position would excite you the most to start your career with?

A Prop Artist / Environment Artist. It would be fun to be able to sculpt and create more weapons but in the past few years, I've enjoyed creating modular kits as it's almost like making and playing with big Lego.

Tell us an achievement you're proud of.

My game design of "Labyrinthe" has been a long time idea that I had been designing on and off for years, way before I had even considered game art. It had just simply been dozens of scraps of paper with weapon designs, sketches of buildings and lots and lots of game mechanics. The 3rd year specialism gave me the chance to finally bring to life one of the weapons I had concepted. The final result came out well and whilst it did highlight room for improvement for my drawing and 3D skills, it marks the first step I took to creating real art for my game.

Which game inspired you the most to choose this career path and why/how?

Runescape' was a large influence. As a child, I was pushed to pursue music, academics and martial arts but drawing huge fantasy weapons, armor and monsters was a fun escape for me to let my creative side to shine.

If you woke up in a in a videogame, what would your special ability be and why?

I would like to have the ability to manipulate elements. I have a lot of interest in science and being able to manipulate elements, this gives me as much freedom to do what I want. I could create new metals/materials, change terrain or even create new medicines and such. The possibilities are only limited by the user's creativity.

What was your crowning moment of your time at Escape?

Working together with everyone to make the best of all our abilities and create the best work we can.
