I am a Games Artist who specialises in real-time VFX. I have combined my love of cinematography with my love of games and because of this, I have learned more outside my specialism. After I graduate I aim to become an Effects Artist at a games studio.

Describe yourself in 5 words.

Dedicated, friendly, hardworking, team player and adventurous.

What hobbies do you have?

I love photography and capturing moments that I want to remember. It has helped me improve my cinematic skills in Unreal Engine too. Travelling is an interest of mine as I like to explore and see the world, while learning about the country, it's people and it's culture.

What job position would excite you the most to start your career with?

I would like to become a VFX Artist at a games studio. I want to learn and develop more as an artist and this would be a good opportunity.

Tell us an achievement you're proud of.

My specialism project, 'Gateway to the Unknown' as I felt it was a big leap for me. Before that project I had little experience with Niagara and even less experience with sequencer/cinematics. I learnt so much during the specialism.

Would you rather be a wizard, jedi or superhero and why?

Jedi. I just want a lightsaber.

Which game inspired you the most to choose this career path and why/how?

The Witcher 3. When I first played this game I was not immediately drawn to it, but after some time I gave it another try and was amazed. The world, the characters, the story of even small side quests were interesting. This game made me interested game development so I could one day create a rich world with deep storytelling.

What was your crowning moment of your time at Escape?

Creating 'Gateway to the Unknown'.
